Participant agreement
Effective 2026-01-01 · Controller: Pointx Zone X
1. Parties and scope
This agreement governs access to marketing training materials, workshop sessions, and related websites operated under the domain pointxzonex.digital. By requesting enrollment or submitting forms, you acknowledge these terms.
2. Data controller and contact
Pointx Zone X acts as controller for personal data collected through forms, billing, and session tooling. Postal address: 68-8, Jugyo ri 2, Yesan-eup, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea. Phone: +82-4-307-5713.
3. Categories of personal data
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company), professional background, attendance metadata, payment references, and content you upload for critique. Sensitive categories are not requested unless a bespoke contract explicitly allows them and defines safeguards.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to administer workshops (contract), improve curricula (legitimate interests balanced against your rights), comply with accounting and tax rules (legal obligation), and—only with opt-in—analytics on site usage (consent).
5. Retention
Enrollment records are retained for seven years where tax law requires. Critique uploads shared voluntarily are deleted ninety days after the cohort ends unless you request earlier removal. Email marketing preferences are stored until you withdraw consent, then suppressed identifiers remain for suppression lists only.
6. Recipients and subprocessors
Hosting, email delivery, video conferencing, and document storage may involve subprocessors in the EU, United States, and Republic of Korea. Contracts impose confidentiality, data minimization, and assistance with data subject requests.
7. International transfers
Where data leaves Korea or the EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions as applicable. You may request a summary of mechanisms before signing a paid engagement.
8. Security measures
We apply role-based access, encrypted transport, segmented environments for production data, and logging for administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; you should avoid uploading regulated health or government secrets to critique rooms unless a separate data processing agreement exists.
9. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Requests are answered within thirty days unless complexity requires extension. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children’s privacy
Services are directed to professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us to delete it promptly.
11. Policy changes
Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; where consent is required, we will collect it explicitly.
