Roles

Pointx hires facilitators who already run critique rooms in-house and want a slower cadence with deeper documentation. We do not promise remote “passive income” teaching; schedules follow real cohorts with fixed seat counts.

Cohort roadmap

Q1 focuses on lifecycle programs, Q2 on offer architecture, Q3 on localization desks, Q4 on embedded renewals. Each quarter reserves two weeks dark for facilitator recovery and curriculum updates.

Workshop cadence

Weeknight studios run 75–120 minute blocks; weekend intensives compress three blocks with mandatory offline reading. Virtual mirrors use the same agenda with staggered five-minute breaks for captioners.

Assessment model

Three-layer review: observed facilitation clip, written feedback sample, and scenario response. Diagram shows how weights flow—no automated scoring.
