Refund conditions
Applies to workshop fees paid directly to Pointx Zone X
1. Eligibility window
Consumers purchasing remotely may withdraw within fourteen days of the contract confirmation email unless an exemption applies (see section 4). Business-to-business contracts signed with bespoke statements of work follow the clauses inside those documents instead.
2. Full refund conditions
If you cancel within the fourteen-day cooling-off period and have not accessed downloadable assets marked as non-refundable, we refund one hundred percent of tuition paid to us within fourteen business days of a verified request.
3. Partial refunds
After the cooling-off period but more than ten business days before the first live session, you may receive an eighty percent refund to cover reserved facilitator hours. Between ten business days and forty-eight hours before kickoff, fifty percent may be credited toward a future cohort within six months. Inside forty-eight hours, fees are non-refundable except for documented emergencies reviewed case-by-case.
4. Non-refundable items
Customized audits, on-site travel already booked, third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, and digital bundles explicitly labeled “instant access” are non-refundable once delivered. Installment plans remain payable for sessions already delivered even if you leave early.
5. Process steps
Email billing contact with your enrollment ID, reason, and bank details for wire reversal. We confirm receipt within two business days, verify attendance logs, then issue approval or denial with written rationale.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are executed within fourteen business days via the original payment rail where possible; otherwise KRW domestic transfer. Card refunds may take additional bank processing time beyond our control.
7. Cancellation by Pointx
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a seat move. If only part of a hybrid program is cancelled, we refund the pro-rated portion tied to undelivered live hours.
8. Exceptions
Violations of community guidelines, harassment, or breach of confidentiality agreements void refund rights but do not limit statutory rights that cannot be waived.
9. Korean consumer rights reminder
Nothing here limits mandatory protections under the Framework Act on Consumers or related guidelines. Where a conflict arises, mandatory law prevails.
