Cookie transparency

Controller: Pointx Zone X

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar storage (localStorage tokens for consent choices) help us keep forms, seat reservations, and session preferences stable. This page explains each category and how to withdraw optional processing.

2. Essential cookies

We set strictly necessary cookies for security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preference key ( pointxzonex.digital_cookies). These do not require consent under common interpretations but you can still browse with Javascript disabled, though forms may not function.

3. Analytics cookies (optional)

If you choose “Allow analytics,” we may place first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate navigation paths. We avoid advertising retargeting pixels on this property. You may switch off analytics at any time by clearing site data and revisiting the banner.

4. Retention

Essential session cookies expire within twenty-four hours of inactivity. Analytics cookies, when accepted, expire after twelve months unless renewed by a new consent. Consent logs are stored separately for twenty-four months to demonstrate compliance.

5. Third parties

Embedded maps or video players may set their own cookies if you later enable those embeds. Currently map embeds are disabled; if enabled, we will list specific providers and update this policy before activation.

6. Korean and cross-border context

Where the Personal Information Protection Act applies, we honor purpose limitation, secure processing, and destruction timelines aligned with our retention table. Cross-border transfers follow the Participant agreement international section.

7. Your controls

Use the on-site banner to choose analytics or essentials-only. Browser settings can block all cookies, but the banner may reappear if our preference token cannot be saved. Contact +82-4-307-5713 for human-readable exports of consent timestamps tied to your email.

8. Updates

When cookie categories change, we bump the effective date and prompt returning visitors for fresh consent where required.
